Through Newfound Trails, I have built and managed the systems and processes needed to support a growing digital platform. This includes developing onboarding materials, support workflows, policy documentation, privacy practices, internal operating tools, and clear guidance for users. I also coordinate work across the website, mobile applications, administrative systems, communications, and community outreach to create a consistent experience.

Managing the project requires careful planning, accurate documentation, responsible handling of information, and the ability to solve problems as needs change. It has strengthened my ability to organize complex work, explain technical information clearly, respond to feedback, and design processes that are practical for the people using them. These responsibilities closely reflect the structured, service-focused approach I bring to HR operations.

I work with riders, community contributors, and local organizations to gather feedback, improve coverage, and make the platform more useful and accessible.
