Noah Cheater-Hoffe is the Founder of Legalize The Ride, a grassroots campaign focused on expanding legal ATV and UTV access across rural roads in Texas. What began as a personal frustration with outdated laws quickly evolved into a full-scale advocacy movement. Noah leads the effort with a focus on responsible riding, safety, and rural connectivity—building partnerships with local clubs, lawmakers, and everyday riders.
Through Legalize The Ride, Noah authored the Freedom To Ride Act, a legislative proposal aimed at modernizing off-road vehicle regulations while respecting community safety and environmental concerns. He has organized public campaigns, coordinated outreach efforts to elected officials, and helped design educational materials to shift public perception around recreational riding. His leadership reflects a commitment to practical change driven by lived experience.
Beyond this initiative, Noah is passionate about giving back to his community in other ways—volunteering time, offering operational guidance to local projects, and supporting youth-driven causes. He believes that real change happens when people come together with purpose, and he brings that belief into every community-focused effort he takes on.
